We have a rigorous system for checking the quality of our cigars prior to dispatch to ensure that our customers experience the best when it comes to Cubans cigars. Occasionally, the cigars get damaged as packages are mishandled by postal services which unfortunately is beyond our control.
The cigars travel a long way and occasionally may dry out somewhat. It’s always a good idea, in any event, to let them recoup in a proper humidor for about 10 days to allow them to restore their optimum balance of temperature and humidity. This notwithstanding or if you’re still not satisfied with the smoke after the recuperation period, we'll gladly offer the return of the box for a full exchange. Kindly get in touch with us by email for return instructions if need be.
If any of the cigars were damaged, please let us know and if possible send pictures to [email protected] of the damaged cigars so that we can compensate you accordingly.
