How to Order


1. Select a product you want to order;

2. After you select a product, click “Cart Icon” to add the product to your shopping cart.

3. If you would like to purchase more than 1 item, repeat steps 1 and 2.

4. After shopping simply click "Cart Icon" located at the top right of your screen.

5. Review the quantity and items in your cart and click “Checkout”.

6. Login (if you have not already done so) and complete the brief information form (billing & delivery addresses, credit card information); and

7. Click "PLACE ORDERt". Within moments, you will get an order number and a detailed order confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail.

After you place an order, we hand select cigars that are at their peak for consumption. We ship them to you in a time efficient manner and ensure that you receive the cigars in the same condition we foster in our humidor.

Our cigars are sent to you in their original boxes from our temperature/humidity regulated humidors and carefully packed in order to preserve freshness. Loose cigars are packed in our custom-made reusable humidifying pouches.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return your purchase in its original packaging for an immediate and full refund or exchange - at our discretion. Kindly inform us by email of your dissatisfaction so that we may inform you of our refund / exchange procedures.

Shipment is by express air-courier with approximately 10 days delivery to your door everywhere in the world. Occasionally, delays beyond our control, may occur.

Free Shipping Worldwide for orders of 100 USD or more. For small orders under 50 USD, a fee of 20 USD is charged. For orders between 50 USD and 99 USD, a fee of 35 USD is charged.

We guarantee delivery to your door anywhere in the world. If you do not receive your shipment, we will either replace it or refund your money.

We guarantee receipt of your cigars and other products in perfect condition. Please refer to our Guarantee (see above).

If you do not receive your shipment we will either replace it or refund your money at our discretion.

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered, we will not be responsible if it goes missing.

Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that a confirmation of an order containing any tobacco products is taken as an acceptance and agreement that the receiver of these products is at or over the legal age for consumption of tobacco in their country.

1) All orders are subject to confirmation by FinestCubanCigars. FinestCubanCigars reserves the right to limit order quantities for a given product. In case an ordered product is not available at the time of shipping, FinestCubanCigars will inform you in a timely manner.

2) FinestCubanCigars will run a credit check to establish the customer's creditworthiness. By submitting an order, the customer understands and agrees that this type of control may be carried out. FinestCubanCigars can cancel an order if the customer is not creditworthy or if the customer has one or several outstanding invoices at FinestCubanCigars.

3) If the client is entitled to a replacement for a damaged shipment or a lost package, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account to be used for future orders. The client may request direct reimbursement to the credit card or bank account used to make the order if justified.

4) The customer becomes responsible for delivered products. In case of problems, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. No credit or replacements will be made after this period. Goods that were delivered by mistake or in excedent must be returned within 7 days of reception of the order. Goods that are returned must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and by unit of packaging. The buyer bears the shipping costs. Please contact us to receive a return number and instructions.

5) Please note that according to US law no Cuban cigars can be shipped into the US.

6) All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change until the order is confirmed by FinestCubanCigars.

7) Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to local customs charges, over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you.
